Wind Fritters


WIND FRITTERS
COOK TIME: 30-45 minuts.
LEVEL: Medium.
INGREDIENTS:
-200 grams of flour.
-50 grams of butter.
-5 eggs.
-Milk.
-1 small glass of water.
-1 lemon rind.
-Sugar.
-Some cinnamon.
-Oil.
-Salt

METHOD
1-Put in a saucepan the milk and water, also add the lemon rind and a pinch of salt.
2-Place the saucepan on the fire and when it starts boiling add the flour all at once and with low heat , stir well the whole compound.
3-Increase the fire and continued stirring until you see the mixture separates from the sides of the pan. Remove the pot waiting for the dough is warm.
4-Add now previously beaten eggs slowy and stirring constantly.
5-Once you get a homogeneous mass with the help oh a spoon, take the measure to form the fritters and fry them in a pan with plenty oh hot oil until you see there are gold.
6-Remove the fritters and place them a plate with kitchen paper so that it absorbs the excess oil.
